Kristin Smith is a born-and-raised Fort Wayne native. A graduate of Northrop High School, she went on to continue her studies at Indiana Tech, where she earned both a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration. With nearly 10 years of financial industry experience, Kristin remains driven and passionate when it comes to her role at 3Rivers. She is committed to learning about her business members – better understanding their businesses’ unique operations – in order to provide them with exceptional service.
