EMPLOYEE GIVEBACK
We strongly believe that giving our time and our talents are as important as providing monetary support. 3Rivers encourages our team members to get involved by volunteering at local non-profits and community events throughout the year. The credit union grants employees two paid volunteer days annually and dedicates one pre-determined federal holiday to host our all-team Give Back Day. Through these initiatives over the years, our team has volunteered thousands of hours to various causes.
In 2022, 3Rivers launched its Community LEADERS program, designed to help develop and train our team members to become dynamic Board and committee member leaders in the communities 3Rivers serves. The core values of this program are the same as the core values of our credit union, and symbolize the standards 3Rivers employees will bring to the table as community trustees: Value, Trust, Quality, Integrity, Consistency, Innovation, and Commitment.
