1The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases, balance transfers and cash advances is fixed at 18.00%, which means it will not fluctuate based upon Prime Rate or other indices. Rate is subject to change as permitted by the Credit Card Agreement and applicable laws, which may include, but are not limited to, failure to comply with Agreement terms (such as late payments), or the expiration of any introductory or promotional offer rate period. You will be provided advance notice of changes to the fixed APR as required by law. Fixed Rate APR applies only to the interest rate on outstanding card balances. Other fees or penalty rates may apply as detailed in your Credit Card Agreement and Schedule of Fees. There is no annual fee and no balance transfer fee for the 3Rivers Mastercard® credit card.
